Oct 2 is our 10 year anniversary! I really can't believe we've been married 10 years. Rick's folks came up to stay with the kids so we could take off to celebrate. We went to Maine - I've always wanted to go to New England in the Fall, and I wasn't disappointed. The first day we spent roaming around Portland, and capped off with a sunset cruise on a Windjammer... The Bagsheera was built in 1924. It was pretty chilly out on the water, but still plenty of fun...
The next day we rented a car and drove up the coast, exploring small towns, peninsulas, and lighthouses. It was absolutely gorgeous, even though it was a chilly, rainy day.
The best part was just getting to spend time with my wonderful husband, enjoying one another's company and just catching up. I am so blessed!!
